Enjoy yoga from the comfort of your own home
Your screen can be on or off although it’s always nice to see you. Requests for classes are welcome so if there is anything particular you would like me to include, an achey back, shoulder strength, breath work or a dive into yoga philosophy please get in touch. Beginners are especially welcome to the Wednesday class and as a newcomer if you would like to try out a class for free please contact me for a recording.
You can buy an individual class or a package of 6 which works out slightly cheaper. Please note: If you buy a package you can choose when you want to do the classes using the class links as and when you’d like to practice. No need to book all 6 classes at the time of payment.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch. Ideally a blanket, a yoga block (or a sturdy book) and a yoga belt (or long scarf or belt) is all you'll need for practice.
Recordings available - if you are unable to attend and would like to receive a recording of any class, book using the class link and please email me in advance of the class. Click on the links below and follow through to the registration and payment. Any problems please get in touch.
