FOUR DAY/THREE NIGHT RETREATS

Reconnect & Recharge

Whether you are completely new to yoga or more experienced, each retreat is tailored to the needs of the whole group. Our Group sizes are 6-12. We liaise with talented local chefs who cook predominantly vegetarian/vegan food. 

  • A typical retreat begins with a welcome dinner followed by a relaxing yoga Nidra practice. Each morning there is a 90-minute practice before a leisurely mid-morning brunch. There is free time during the day to sit by the pool or head out on local excursions. There is a 75-minute yin or restorative practice late afternoon. The day closes with an evening meditation after dinner.

  • Beginners are very welcome. For any partners who would like to come but don’t wish to take part in the yoga practices there are plenty of options for hiking, cycling, golf or relaxing by the pool or beach. There will be a reduced rate for non-yoga participants.
